Sylvan's extensive gardens include a natural swim pond and fish pool, folly and brick built potting shed, a parterre garden with pavilion, arched yew and fountain, jewel garden and stumpery. Other land includes bluebell woods, wildflower meadow, five year old native woodland and arable crops. A modern wood built barn is also available. Conveniently located close to London near Gerrard’s Cross.

Spread invitingly over 50 acres, Sylvan sits in a magical landscape perfect for brand shoots, filming, family shoots and retreats. The current 1920s thatched house interior is also available and would be perfect for lifestyle brands. The dining room is spacious and light as is the kitchen complete with Aga. The house retains many original features with stone fireplaces, large windows and an airy feel. Beautifully presented bedrooms and bathrooms complete the picture. The large barn and production office make this an easy space to shoot or film in. 

Outdoors is where this property shines, the formal gardens with fountains, ponds, winding paths and abundant flowers and trees, as well as the stunning bluebell woods and natural swimming space make this an incredible environment teeming with wildlife.  

Sylvan also offers bed and breakfast for brand shoot and stays or retreats. Catering is also available on request for day shoots.
