Sellic is two 16th century Somerset stone connected houses along with the converted Mill house with water wheel.  

Inside is spacious with drawing room, sitting room, kitchen and a large garden room. The kitchen boasts exposed beams, large island unit, huge Aga, Belfast sink and wood worktops. There are tiles and parquet flooring throughout, exposed stone walls, fireplaces, and a large beautifully light sunroom that overlooks the gardens. Perfect for retreats or workshops. 

Outside it is magical with 5 acres of organic landscaped gardens, woodland and pond, bordered by a flowing river. There is an organic kitchen garden and an amazing slate and crystal labyrinth, pond and greenhouse.

There are a multitude of pretty seated areas in the wonderfully planted cottage garden, lovely bridges over streams and winding paths and expanses of lawn. This would be an amazing garden for any countryside brand shoot, garden brands, children’s brands or homewares.
