The type of personal information we collect
We currently collect and process the following information during telephone conversations we may have with you, when you use our Site, fill out forms on our Site, externally hosted Forms, or via Email:

We collect property data such as images of properties, including videos, property booking prices, property addresses, floorplans, property locations and property descriptions; and

The property data is provided to Us by Our Members or other third parties on behalf of those Members.

We collect personal and business information from our Members such as names, addresses, contact details and insurance certificates, as well as any details pertaining to the Booking such as Booking period and information about the Booking (size, type etc) in general.
How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

To allow our Members to Host their properties on our Site and receive payments

To allow our Members to search our property shoot locations, become Creators to use our Services, make Bookings and payments
We use the information that you have given us in order to track your behaviour on our own Site for purposes of our own customer support, marketing, analytics, research, product development, fraud prevention, risk assessment, regulatory compliance (including financial), investigation, as well as to enable you to use and access the Site and pay for your activities on the Site.
We may share this information with our financial and accounting institutions and other third parties we use to carry out the Services we provide, eg Hubspot, Stripe, Flodesk, and Google.

How we store your personal information
Security
The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
We keep Host and Creator information to facilitate Bookings and Market our Services.
We will cease listing a property on our Website when instructed to do by a Host within two weeks of the instruction in writing. We will then dispose of the information by removing the Property from the Website.
We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. On request all other data will be deleted from our systems via our Hubspot CRM.
Direct marketing
If you have given us permission, we’ll send you marketing messages either directly from us or on behalf of our Members or partners. We will customise our communications with you based on your use of our platforms. You are in control and can opt out of direct marketing at any time by contacting us or updating your preferences.
