Pantelie
Unique Gloucestershire country house with over 800 years of history, stunning gardens, dovecote and grounds
Period features, formal gardens, dovecote, ornamental pond, quince orchard, hornbeam arches, ruins, yew hedges. Located 12 miles from Gloucester in the Cotswolds.
Pantelie is an enchanting country house with formal gardens in a convenient location. Inside the warm oak frame of the original Elizabethan house is complemented by the splendour of Georgian additions including an incredible ballroom - all centred around a wonderful courtyard.
The classic interior is plush and welcoming with period furniture and antiques appropriate to this historic house. Fabulous wall paintings adorn the corridors and the bathrooms are luxurious with period fittings and roll top baths. Pantelie would be perfect for any lifestyle brand shoot, and would be fabulous for any type of retreat as the accommodation is exceptional.
Outdoors, the formal gardens are a delight with clipped Elizabethan knot gardens, reflection pools, lake, yew hedges, secret spaces, walled gardens, and manicured lawns. The dovecote (beautifully converted into accommodation) and the sunken garden planted with herbs and roses are particularly beautiful along with the quince orchard and many statues and features making this perfect for any outdoor shoot, as well as family and engagement shoots.
Pantelie offers splendid accommodation for brand shoot and stays or retreats.
