It retains all the period features you would expect with huge windows, sweeping staircase, fireplaces, magnificent reception rooms and large kitchen which would be absolutely brilliant for any cookery filming, cookery workshops or kitchen brands, alongside a large light dining room. With 8 bedrooms and bathrooms this house would accommodate a large group for a workshop or retreat in style, with gorgeous furnishings and finishes throughout the house. The proportions would also accommodate a large crew for filming or larger brand shoots with ease. 

Outside are lovely terraced gardens and outdoor eating areas and a patio overlooking the magnificent unbroken countryside, with just a few minutes drive or a pleasant mile long walk to the Cornish coast with a lovely beach. 

To the side is also a two bedroom lodge house, again beautifully furnished and restored to match, which would be ideal for a host or workshop leader to reside in. 

This house is part of a wider estate that includes a castle, grounds, church and private beach and cliff top fields that are also listed with us and can be hired in addition to this property if required. 

With plenty of fabulous accommodation Deneland would suit a large team for a shoot and stay as well as film crews and retreats.
