Betlic
A grand Greek revival style Palladian house with parklands and gardens in Cornwall
Period features, ball room, music room, hall, library, orangery, gardens, woodlands, and parkland. Located 6 miles from Redruth in Cornwall.
Betlic is a very grand stone built regency house set in 6 acres of parkland. The exterior has all the features you would expect from this era including the wonderful stepped entrance way with striking Doric columns supporting the balcony above.
Inside has equally fabulous features with marble columns in the hall and sweeping elliptical stairway with grand stone fireplaces and huge windows throughout. The property has been fully restored with attention to detail in the paint and furnishings making this a fantastic location for any period drama or film. Equally the space and light would be great for any photoshoot, with some really versatile rooms – the library, music rooms and orangery particularly, with the great hall or ballroom similarly having wonderful scope for wellness retreats, writers retreats, any workshops or yoga. The property has bedrooms available to sleep up to 18 in luxurious comfort.
The original parklands have also been meticulously restored and have an abundance of ancient trees including magnolia and beech, there are also lovely formal gardens and lawns.
Betlic also offers accommodation for brand shoot and stays or retreats.
