Beorg
An ancient Iron Age hillfort in a stunning wooded setting in Wiltshire
A magical Iron Age hillfort set in ancient woodlands. Located 10 miles from Salisbury.
This ancient fort is set atop a wooded hillside in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with stunning views.
The wooded approach to the fort winds along an idyllic woodland track which leads to a grassed avenue which is the approach to the fort itself.
This is a beautiful and versatile property which could be used for all manner of photoshoots and brand shoots and would be wonderful for both filming and family photography such as engagement shoots.
Camping is available with accommodation including bell tents and shepherd huts, and there is extensive farmland and lakes on the surrounding land.
History and special interest
Beorg is a unique historic place, occupied by iron age people and later by the Romans, and as such has a peaceful ambience which connects us to our ancestors.
